TRACY: We once had this French family over for dinner (it was the family of a French Air Force cadet who was doing an exchange with the USAF Academy), and the cadet's 20-ish sister did not eat cheese! We served a ton of cheese that night and she wouldn't eat any of it. She ate the meatballs, though, which are, in fact, packed with cheese.
