LC vs Rowley

LC is sprouting teeth like my garden sprouts weeds. And his teeth look like Rowley's (from Wimpy Kid series).

    But how can he be sprouting teeth when it seems he was born just last Tuesday (approximately)? My inability to keep track of time astounds me yet again.
