Getting creative with cans. Last year our middle school raised close to 5,000 items for our local food pantry. Nothing like a little pyramid building at 7:45 am.
These creations were inspired by Mary Pope Osborne's autobiographical short story "All-Ball." In the story, Mary deals with her father's absence by confiding in a pastel swirly-colored bouncy ball. Students created five symbols that represent themselves and designed their own All-Balls.
