I've been hard at work prepping the upcoming release of my first middle grade novel, The Color of Bones. For those of you who aren't familiar with kids' books, middle grade means for ages 9-12, or sometimes it's labeled as ages 10 and up.
If you're on Goodreads, you can click the cover and add it to your to-read list.
And you can read the first two chapters by clicking below.

ReplyDeleteTracy, I just found this site and I thought you might want to have your book on this list.

2012 Debut Author Challenge
I looked cause I post a lot of first line/paragraphs and I prefer these days to post debut authors.
I liked that a lot, Mr. Wymer. Nicely done.

ReplyDeleteHi, Tracy. Intriguing couple of chapters. I wouldn't normally come across or read this kind of book but you have piqued my curiosity. I write children's picture books in rhyme and, coincidentally, one of my books is called 'No Bones About It' in my series, THE SUM OF OUR PARTS. It's basically about the human skeleton and would possibly be of value to the kids in your story as they study the skeleton in science class....
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, everyone. I'll be in touch re: TCOB.
